Bedrooms, office and garden
Santa Teresa is a small historical city from which the remarkable kind on Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) opens. This house is on one of the highest points of Santa Teresa hill. The project uses two levels which are generated by the nature; 120 and 125 metres above sea level.
At the bottom level the linear block through which it's possible to get to bedrooms and office is placed. The basic glass facade directs to a garden placed on an East side.
Excellent Architecture for the Southern Country
The drawing room is placed in the top block, on the uppermost floor.
