Company CZWG has promulgated project Odalisk — the towers designed by architect Piers Gough which will be erected in the center of Croydon, the Southern part of London.
The project, in cost of 350 million francs, includes two towers with the areas of the mixed use, constructed by request of corporation Guildhouse-Rosepride. One of towers will be height in 35 floors, the second — 51.
Also on the area about 25,000 sq. m. office premises, an exercise room and 360 apartments will settle down. The project which while is at the first stage of planning, means support and restoration of roads and road ways of Croydon.
Piers Gough speaks: “I am very glad, that the architectural plan of the art project — is approved by investors. I consider, that Odalisk considerable impact on formation of the future shape of Croydon will make. Days of monotonous grey buildings have ended. Odalisk will be inspiration for the new future”.
