The Social Housing
In the majority of the countries to needy citizens give possibility to rent apartment in a municipal apartment house. It's the house constructed on financial assets of the city budget, being in the property and municipality management (or the specialised organisation), for example: «the municipal house» in Sweden, «communes» in Italy, «HLM» in France. The needy family which has given official inquiry in the social organisation, has an opportunity to rent apartment in this house (for a special reduced price, but only — without the privatisation right).
Municipal payments in the low income housing approximately on 50% are paid from the local budget. In some countries (for example, in Holland) the social grant depends on the cumulative income of tenants, for example: the cumulative income above, the social grant is less, and on the contrary.
